Hot plate welding, vibration welding, spin welding and ultrasonic welding are commonly integrated into a semi or fully automated Inline System.  Processes that require queuing or cooling between processes work well in these configurations where an inline flow of materials can incorporate several production operations while providing adequate queue time in an efficient and compact configuration.  Integration of  part marking, serializing or sorting often conclude the flow of product.  Secondary operations such as leak testing, switch testing, continuity testing, vision inspection, labeling and part marking work well in these configurations.
